The Department of General Surgery provides a full range of consulting, diagnostic and treatment services. This includes abdominal, laparoscopic, oncologic, endoscopic and endocrine surgery.
The Department of General Surgery offers a full spectrum of procedures from gallbladder and hernia procedures to surgery of the stomach, spleen and colon. These specialists also collaborate to advance the use of laparoscopic technology to other procedures that currently require traditional open surgery.
