The Department of Dermatology offers comprehensive general dermatology and cutaneous oncology services, including diagnosis and management of: Acne and related conditions, Psoriasis, Eczematous Dermatitis, Contact Dermatitis, Warts, Skin Neoplasia, Cancer, Cutaneous Lymphoma, Pigmented Lesions.



About Isolaz Acne Treatment:


Isolaz is a revolutionary new acne treatment which combines pulses of painless broadband light with skin vacuuming to deep clean and purify pores.


The Isolaz vacuum applies gentle pressure on your pores while the light helps destroy the acne causing bacteria. This helps soften and remove blackheads, dead cells and other debris from deep in your pores resulting in radiant, clear skin.


The treatment is performed in our office in less than 30-minutes. Patients are able return to normal activities immediately following the procedure. Effective treatment requires at least 4-6 sessions.


Isolaz works on all skin types and requires no medications or topical anesthesia.

Directions to the office: From the Capital Beltway take exit 36 Old Georgetown Road South toward Bethesda. Go about 2.5 miles and take a right onto Woodmont Avenue. Go 3/10 mile and turn right onto Elm Street and go 3/10 mile. 4920 Elm Street is on the left.
