Charitable Contributions

The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates recently was granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service. As such, the MFA may receive charitable donations.

To make a contribution, checks must be made payable to Medical Faculty Associates. A letter with the donor's name and address, along with the purpose or designation of the donation should be included. If the donation is being made in memorial, please include a family contact name so that we may recognize your donation to the family.

Additionally, contributions may be made via credit card by filling out and submitting the form below. You will be mailed a receipt of your donation as well as an acknowledgement for tax purposes at the address provided.
