Service and Payment

GW OnSite can serve as the primary point of contact for all your urgent care medical needs. When you call our 24 hour access number, a trained medical operator will connect you to the on-call doctor immediately through our worldwide emergency communications center. The physician will gather some brief information to assist you in deciding how GW OnSite can best be of service.  We can send a physician out to see you in your home or hotel room, assist in accessing the GW Emergency Department, or refer you to the appropriate specialist.

Visits by our providers are charged on a fee for service model depending on the nature of your complaint and services provided. Our fees are payable at the time of our service by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). The cost of our house call services may be reimbursable by your insurance. We will provide documentation which you can submit to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement.

OnSite Medical Access is not a substitute for emergency care. If you or someone else is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911.
