On October 21, 2011, the Sirius radio show Broadminded with hosts Christine Eads and Molly Dedham featured seven GW Medical Faculty associates physicians, plus the team from the Mammovan to promote breast cancer awareness. The show explored several little discussed topics, including fertility preservation after a cancer diagnosis and sexuality and the breast cancer patient.
