Dr. Sreenivasan is an internist with The GW Medical Faculty Associates and an assistant professor of Medicine with The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. She completed her internal medicine – primary care residency at The George Washington University and fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Epidemic Intelligence Service. Prior to joining the MFA, she was a CDC assignee to the Hawaii Department of Health where she assisted with communicable disease control including responding to the 2009 H1N1 pandemic. She is board-certified in internal medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Sreenivasan’s clinical interests include preventative medicine, patient education, and women’s health. Her other interests include public health and epidemiology and using population-based medicine to improve patient outcomes.
Dr. Sreenivasan strives to work with her patients to find solutions to their health problems and to improve their overall quality of life.
