Hrant S. Semerjian, MD is an urologist at The GW Medical Faculty Associates and a clinical professor of Urology at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. Dr. Semerjian graduated and completed his residency training and fellowship at Brady Urological Institute at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Since 1975 he has been a diplomat of the American Board of Urology, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 1976. He was also elected by his peers as a member of the Academy of Medicine of Washington, DC in 2006.
Since 1972 Dr. Semerjian has provided the highest quality of comprehensive urological care for both the metropolitan Washington area and a broad international community. As a full clinical professor, Dr. Semerjian actively participates in teaching and training residents in their academic requirements. Additionally, he is regularly involved in professionally sponsored educational programs. His many years of experience and expertise include treatment of genitourinary cancers, kidney stones, male infertility, benign prostatic diseases, female and male incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and voiding dysfunction including over active- bladder and interstitial cystitis.
