Margaret Cuthbert, MSN, AGACNP-BC, joins us as a board certified Nurse Practitioner at the GW Medical Faculty Associates with the GW Cancer Center.
Margaret received her Bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development with a specialization in Health & Human Services from Vanderbilt University. She remained there to finish the rest of her education, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing, before moving back east to the DC metropolitan area. She earned her certification as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as well as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is licensed to practice in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining, The GW Medical Faculty Associates, Margaret worked as an internal medicine nurse practitioner at a private practice in Northern Virginia, where she played a vital role in the care of adult patients, treating a wide variety of medical conditions. Her previous clinical training was completed at Vanderbilt University.
Margaret is excited to be a part of The GW Medical Faculty Associates team and is looking forward to improving her patients’ lives in a meaningful, impactful way.
