Marylynn Aminrazavi is a Family Nurse Practitioner within the Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the George Washington Medical Faculty Associates. After completing an undergraduate degree in Sociology, she continued on to complete her BS in Nursing at the University of Washington, Seattle. She then moved with her husband, to the East Coast and practiced nursing, primarily in the field of nephrology, in Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia. After receiving a Masters degree in nursing at George Mason University, and becoming board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she joined a private practice in Virginia. She then joined the MFA in 2012 in the division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension. She sees patients with chronic and end stage kidney disease and also provides education and follow up to those patients needing and currently receiving renal replacement therapy.
