Patient Experience Survey

About our Patient Satisfaction Surveys

At The GW Medical Faculty Associates (The MFA), our purpose is to transform lives through healing, education, and discovery. The MFA measures many aspects of our patients’ experiences. We work with an independent patient satisfaction company, Press Ganey, to distribute our surveys. For more than 30 years, Press Ganey has been the industry's recognized leader in health care patient satisfaction. Press Ganey works with more than 26,000 health care organizations nationwide to better understand and improve the entire patient experience.

Who receives the survey?

The electronic medical practice survey is emailed to MFA patients within a few days of their appointment. Patients can complete the short survey and provide comments regarding specific aspects of care. We use this feedback to improve various aspects of the clinic experience. Each year, we receive more than 30,000 survey responses from across our practice.

Troubleshooting

I clicked on the survey link and I am being prompted to enter a pin. What do I do?
Your email message should contain a pin number. Enter that Pin onto the page to access the survey.

Can the survey be taken from my smart phone or tablet?
Yes, the electronic survey can be completed on a smart phone or tablet.
